  • Ground shipping in the Continental United States is Free.
  • 2 day and overnight shipping prices will depend on the item size, weight and destination.
  • Once your payment method is verified, your purchase will be shipped within 1 business day.
  • Each of our items worth over $200 will require a signature at delivery.
  • Shipping will be calculated at check out.
  • Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country.
  • For International shipping please contact us. We accept Wise Transfer as form of payment and ship to International shipping hubs. Fashion Reloved is not responsible for lost packages internationally.
  • All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery.
  • We are unable to refund lost or stolen packages unless the carrier can be proved in misdelivery and refund us the package insurance cost. If your package is missing, stolen or lost in transit please contact us so we can assist you with your claim.
