It pays to consign
Convenient pick up of items from your home if you are in Austin and the surrounding areas. For out of state clients, please email us pictures of items you would like to consign. Once approved, you can ship your items to us. First time clients must ship their items to us. Once you are an established client we can send you a prepaid shipping label for subsequent consignments. Please note that all pre paid labels are insured for up to $100.
Convenience: Professional photography, attractive sale post listing, e-mail correspondence, payment processing, professional packing and shipping will all be done for you.
Experience: Fashion Reloved is an experienced luxury designer reseller and we know how to get you the highest value for your pieces.
Bigger exposure: Your items will be exposed to millions of internet buyers. This ensures that you will receive much more than you would at a local secondhand shop.
Maximum return: Consignor receives 70% of the selling price on items priced up to $4000. Consignor receives 75% on items priced $4000-8000, 80% on items priced $8000-10000, and 85% on items priced $10000 and higher. This is the percentage received on the selling price less the shipping and/or payment fees.
Here is how the consignment works
- View the list of accepted designers. The focus is on high-end designer women’s and men’s accessories, clothing and shoes. If the designer is not listed, feel free to reach out to see if it will be accepted.
- Items must be in sellable condition, 10 years old and newer with a $100 or more resale value. Exceptions may apply.
- The consignment duration will be 6 months or more.
- Payment(s) to the consignor will be sent on the 15th of each month.
- If your item(s) does not sell within 6 months, the consignor may claim the item(s) within 5 business days, otherwise the items will be donated to a local charity.
Additional services:
Closet decluttering- I will come and help you declutter and clean out your closet. We can go over what to keep and what to sell or donate. I can also pair you up with a professional organizer or a personal stylist if needed.
